Response to Conflict Minerals

Primet Co., Ltd. recognize to make best effort to avoid using conflict minerals with our clients, and observe international policy about the minerals and timely share information with the clients.

Note: In 2010, U.S congress passed so-called “Dodd–Frank Act”(Financial Regulatory Reform Bill) . According to section 1502 of the act, companies listed at U.S (including foreign companies) must submit report about the minerals to SEC and make it in public.
Conflict minerals ruled by the regulation are gold, coltan (for tantalum), cassiterite (for tin), wolframite (for tungsten), which are coming from Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and nine countries around it. In order to act against armed groups, we will thoroughly break off their finance resource and stop their violence, exploitation, and seriously violating human rights.
